During Q3 we saw a number of material developments in the real estate markets and our portfolio over the summer. We have obtained more clarity around our distressed (special) assets which include defaulted and foreclosed loans that we have been working through, as well as their impact to investor returns for 2018 and into the first quarter of 2019.
