Private lending Fix-and-Flip loans are short-term loans secured by real estate and used by investors/contractors to purchase and renovate a single family or 1-4 unit property.
At Trueline Capital, contractors and flippers typically use our financing options to buy, renovate, and sell a property within a year or less while only paying interest payments.
Most properties in need of this type of renovation will not qualify for conventional loans and banks won’t lend on these types of homes, and that’s where we come in. With a max LTV of 75% and terms up to 36 months, we have great options for fix-and-flip operators.

Submit A Project
Simply fill out our online project submission, upload as much or as little as you have about the project, and we will send you a pricing quote.
Funding Proposal
Once we look at your project, you’ll receive our funding proposal with documents and loan pricing. Review, ask questions, then submit builder and borrower required items, and we’ll begin processing your loan!
Set Up Escrow
Once our underwriters sign off on the loan, we’ll send documents to escrow and walk you through the closing process.
Fund & Build
We’ll send you a login to our online draw management system and get you moving on your project. Throughout the loan process and draw system, we are here to help answer any questions and support your project until completion.
