Refer a fellow investor, and you each get a 2.5% Equity Bonus!
Existing Fund investors that refer a new investor will be eligible to receive an Equity bonus of 2.5% of the new investment, the new investor will also receive an Equity bonus of 2.5% of the new investment in the Fund.

Program Details
Eligibility: All equity unitholders will be eligible for the program beginning the day after their investment is finalized into the Fund. Employees of Trueline Capital, Trueline Management, or its affiliates are not eligible.
Issuance: The Equity bonuses are issued as compensation for referring an investor and will be effective the day the new investment is finalized and deployed.
Referral Fee: The value of any units awarded by the Manager will be classified as a referral fee and considered earned at the time the referred investors execute a subscription into Trueline Capital Fund II. Investors will receive a 1099 for the value of any units awarded.
Bonus: The Equity bonus will calculate as 2.5% of the invested capital. As an example, if the investment is $50,000.00 a bonus would be added to the investor’s capital account in the amount of $1,250.00, so the final investment would be $51,250.00. The referring investor would also receive a capital account bonus of $1,250.00 added to their investment capital account.
Investment: The new investment made into the Fund by the referred investor must be $25,000 or greater. There is no limit on the total number of units that can be awarded to any investor. Referrals must be made after November 15, 2022.
Discretion: The Manager of the Fund reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time with or without notice to the investors. The Manager reserves to right to determine whether a new investment qualifies for the referral.
